create one folder on the OneDrive (ie-windows 10 app data) where all the Developers that allow app data to sync to the cloud have their folders as a sub folder within this app data folder. This will make it easier when restoring devices to find the app info and also cut on the folder clutter that NOT having this is creating as we get more and more apps storing data in OneDrive
