Allocate OneDrive storage by user and device(s).
You are penalizing customers that own more than one device. If 3 people each own 1 device, they would get 15GB of combined storage. That is great! If one person owns 3 devices, that person gets 5GB of storage. Why the penalty for owning multiple devices?
