Only Sync down to PC files that are MORE RECENT than files on the PC
I used OneNote on my iPad after some time not using it, and all the old files on the iPad REPLACED my newer files in the cloud and on my Hard drive on my PC - causing hours and hours of suffering and delayed work.
Don't replace NEWER FILES with older ones unless specifically requested to... I mean really, how phenomenally dumb a system is that?
