OneDrive storage limit
I am disgusted by Microsoft's restrictions of storage on OneDrive. I have had a hotmail account since 2001. I was an advocate of Office Online until recently. One reason is because they rescinded the storage amount. That's a really big deal! I've have essentially trusted Microsoft to keep some of my most valued items, including pictures, wedding documents, etc. They say, I'm "over my storage limit" and now my "account will be frozen". Very poor business strategy to encourage use, give them unlimited storage then say oh never mind. You could have grandfathered in your loyal users. This just causes me (probably others too) to take my business elsewhere. Which you probably don't care about, but I definitely do NOT advocate for Office 365 anymore (personally or my work account). I have thought this for a while, while other companies are innovative and strive to be better, Microsoft just continues to take steps backwards and continually tries to play catch up. Pretty sad for a company that should be one of the most respected in the technology industry.
