hi, i I always have a problem to explaining to people how to download a file (word or excel....) if i share with somebody. usually people don't understand where to look. so instead of 3 dots menu you should expand this option on top line(put in same position where is print, share and edit workbook. so then people open shared file, they instant will see option to download , comment , save a copy buttons(other buttons are unnecessary).
