Customer service call centre
You are freezing my account even though you have taken the money from my bank! There is no call centre and email takes 4 hours.... I have been waiting much longer than that by the way! If you are paying for a service, and have paid for it, I don't expect someone to say sorry we can connect you they don't have calls for OneDrive, you will have to send an email and wait. Meaning my account is frozen and everything on it goes tomorrow..... regardless of the fact I have paid for the service! That is unexceptable and would be easily solved if you had a call centre. I expected more.
