(Office 365 Home - Online OneDrive - View Only File & Folder Sharing is NOT WORKING..... Not Browser related ... I am a committed user of Edge BUT have tested the bug with Google Chrome)

Escallation Team fails to communicate effectively... 3 unaswered emails .... No progress report on the fix: ....Bug Unresolved for close to one month.

Bad show Microsoft... Poor Customer Relations .... No consideration for a subscriber of Office 365, that has spent hours helping Microsoft with diagnosis files and information ... My wife and I pay to get better service than this.... I have been a customer of Microsoft for more than 20 years. ... There seems to be an ethic amoungst contracted support personel to ignor users and do what they dam well like. Like a ship with no rudder. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT... I have lost my patience.
