Allow files to be transferred between Microsoft accounts
Sometimes a person switches Microsoft accounts or wants to merge two existing Microsoft accounts. This means they need to move their files too. Providing a way to transfer ownership of files and folders from one Microsoft account to another would make the process much easier (meaning they don't have to download then reupload the files but can instead just use the Web site).

But better would be only one Account ( so merging two accounts into one single one)
When a user's role changes in a corporation with a multi-domain environment, user's account gets deleted and then created in another domain. We need a simple method where admin can change the ownership of all the files - something that we had with Box.
multcloud.com can help. This isn't my original idea, but it really works. This service doesn't know your credentials, it uses Oauth and transfers file between two cloud providers, including two OneDrives...

How do I switch my drive (Office 365 Home) from my gmail account to my Outlook account without loosing anything in my current gmail account?

I personally like the way Google Drive does it. You can copy files from a shared folder without downloading and uploading again.

I think if you share with the 2nd account and allow the user to edit, it works this way.
