Implement resumable uploads
I think I speak for everyone here when I say that we're sick and tired of seeing "Oops. An error occurred" on our screen when we try to upload files. I'm using OneDrive for backup and this has happened numerous times, at one point when my upload status for a given file was at 95%. Implementing resumable uploads will save users time and bandwidth should they come across this problem as constantly as I do.
Google Drive does it, Box does it, why not OneDrive?
I also had this problem. Upload crashes for large amount of files (I've tried uploading folder containing 50k files) and for some .js scripts (why??). Empty files are also unsupported.

Yes, frequent disruptions are very irritating. Cannot leave my computer to upload and relax :(
Goodle drive does (as of 31-Mar-2015) not resume when using the windows sync client, only the browser app does. Dropbox Client resumes partial transfers nicely. This is what we want.
"Sorry, there was a problem uploading this file. Please try again."
This happened 5 times in the past three hours, just trying to upload a few files. This is not fun.
To clarify: this is for the web application of OneDrive, not the API (though it should be accessible there too if it isn't already).
