Improve the efficacy of the sync function & its diagnostics
I would suggest the robustness and repeatability of the synchronisation functionality for Windows 8.1 needed attention as it often left the user scratching their head at best, and pulling their hair out at worst. However the efficacy of this service appears not changed in Windows 10's OneDrive. More specifically this relates to constant & oft bewildering sync errors that result whenever Office docs are opened, worked on and resaved. With only threadbare diagnostics of the problem being offered by OneDrive's context menus, icons and its offshoot MS Office Upload Centre app, often the only method to resolution (e.g. by trying multiple times to reopen files from the cloud or on the PC, resaving, signing-in and signing out from OneDrive again and again, and repeating all of the above etc) is to delete the original file from one of the locations and almost start again. Hardly subtle! I had hoped given the native integration to file management services in Windows 10, the robustness of this service would be vastly improved. Though it doesn't seem to be the case... Can we please be provided more diagnostics so the User can understand what really is the sync problem, and/or make this service generally more robust & seamless.
