  1. Make OneDrive work in practice not just in theory

    1. Most importantly - can you fix the various bugs that stop OneDrive Syncing?! Today I created a new folder but it did not sync with my pc so I could not see the folder on my pc. I can see all my previous folders and files. Also I kept saving documents to the new folder and I could not even see them in the cloud version of OneDrive. It is becoming a joke.

    2. When you select "Move" can you make the default the last folder you were using - most people myself included are normally moving items to…

When I click Move, the loading folder list dialog mostly fail under 15 folders, and very slow all.
Just 15 folders, but in order to move selected files to another folder, the loading dialog of folders, just fail and crashed onedrive.com and cannot do anything.

Really sucks on such basic task.
Please fix and make better and stable also.

It would be great if, irrespective of the end user response choice to keep server version or other, to have Word save a recovery file of the conflicting version, so the data is not completely lost.
Reason: Sometimes as the end user, it's not easy to determine which file is the more recent one to keep.

  10. Implement blazing sync speeds, and show status

Microsoft services especially OneDrive is way too slow. I am constantly frustrated by waiting for pages in onedrive.com to load. OneDrive being the repository data for many other Microsoft services has become a bottle neck and seriously needs attention. I found that OneDrive is getting a reputation "SlowDrive"

Please design your software so that certain aspects are fast and we could manage with other aspects the aren't. The webapp is sluggish. I should not have to wait more than a quarter of a second to see the next page of info. It interferes with my train of thought.

    As for…

  12. Limit the amount of data that can be stored in a shared folder

The admin of a shared folder should be able to Limit the amount of data that can be stored in a shared folder. This way he would be able to make a proper management of the available storage.

  17. Add a user setting to Onedrive allowing to chose set-up performance

I experienced very slow initial set-up times for OneDrive if you have 100 000+ files. Since after a PC crash Onedrive's internal cached sync information apparently can get corrupted, it will re-initialize all such information by reading the properties of ALL offline files and comparing them with the online version.
I have about 170ooo+ files and the entire set-up process takes about 15 hours. That seems too long. Also, every location change of Onedrive's offline files would trigger the set-up.

SUGGESTION: I would think it could already help if the engineers would add a user setting to Onedrive with which…
