Shared Family folder
I really miss a common Family folder from O365 Home, where we could put all contents, warranty papers, service contracts, invoices, photos etc, that we would like to share with all (and only) family members, without going through the standard share process every time or using a public link. I wouldn't mind if this would cost in reducing the private storage space.
@Microsoft: Is this idea in consideration at the dev team of onedrive?

I love the Personal Vault, but it needs to be available for families too. We have a shared Filing Cabinet folder, and it needs protected, but we can't put it in the Personal Vault and still both have access to it.

This is bigger than the number of votes it is getting. I currently have a 2011 Microsoft Home Server that is long in the tooth. I would like OneDrive to totally replace this function. But it has to have the 10/10/19 suggestion to be able to allocate the 6 Tb that you give us (home) to individual accounts and the FAMILY share. Also the MAIN account should be able to see all files/folders in all FAMILY accounts.

I completely agree!
I tend to be the one who manages and saves all of our family content (like videos & images). I need 3-4 TB just to hold the our family pictures and videos whereas my 11 year-old doesn't need 1TB (I bet he doesn't even use 10 GB)
We need to be able to allow the main account holder to distribute the storage allowance across the various family members or at the very least have a common shared area that just deducts from everyone else's available storage.
Yhea. And every member can access by his account of 365apps. Now I need to link my onedrive to my wife's 365office licensed by her account...
