Adding Shared Files/Folders to OneDrive for Business
We would like to have the ability to "add to OneDrive" for shared files on OneDrive for Business accounts, not just OneDrive personal.

This is a key feature in Google Drive within the Google Suite. Please Microsoft don't fall behind and implement it in One Drive for business.

I agree with all the comments. I have been struggling for weeks trying to get something functional for my company. Every other online storage solution has this feature or something functional right out of the box. Box, DropBox, SharedSync, etc. What am I missing? This is absurd to me.

Is there any answer about this problem from the Microsoft team?? I will really want to know if it is something they will improve, else I will have to go back to GDrive! Please answer!!

this is beyond ridiculous that this feature was released on the personal side before the business side of OneDrive
Any company using OneDive for all of their file sharing needs this ability. We recently made the switch over from Google and are actively looking into dropping everything to do with 365 due to this missing feature and user friendly ability.

It is ridiculous this feature is not available on One Drive for Business! It is a fundamental feature for business, very little use for a single home user, is this a mistake someone got it the wrong way around, please fix urgently or we will be forced to move to another service.
This is useful feature especially for the onedrive client. Share content should be a separate folder and synced automatically with client to desktop...Saves time to login to onedrive in web to find shared contents. There is a sync function for individual shared file/folder but that is still a manual process for each shared file/folder.

It must be added. If not every one will go away, it's so usefull on Gdrive. Please add it asap !!
This is absolutely ESSENTIAL for what we want to do in schools. If I want students to submit work to me online, they share it with me, and then I have to rummage through my "Shared with me" folder to find it!!! I have 5 different classes of students and I need to be able to organise the work they have shared with me straight away into my OneDrive for Business folders. At the moment I am having to copy the link to their file and then add it as a link in my OneDrive.
This has been possible on GoogleDrive for a really long time, so I have no idea why Microsoft has not added this feature.
Please, please, please, please, pleeeease add this feature ASAP!!
