Generate SHARE LINK in advance ahead of time like DropBox!
I hate the fact that oneDrive has to wait for the file to be uploaded before a link is ready to share. This forces people like me to WAIT till that upload is finish in order to generate a share link.
In many other Cloud Sharing solutions like DropBox, the flow is much better.
As soon as you add a file in the ShareFolder, a share link is ready to be copy-pasted right away and if the other party visits that link and the file isn't done uploaded yet, it simply tells the user that the file is still uploading. This is very elegant and it boggles me why Microsoft for such a big company with all the brains in there didn't think of this very basic and yet crucial "usability" feature. Worst is this has been suggested several times over a couple of years and Microsoft doesn't seem to listen.

A notice that the file upload is still underway would be very helpful. Someone is uploading a video file for me and the file size says 0KB. This makes me think the upload was unsuccessful and prompted me to follow-up via email to find out that the file is still uploading. I would either like a notice when attempting to access the file or for the file to not show up at all until the upload is complete - though hiding the file might also cause confusion on the receiving end as well.
