Request files requirement for "Anyone Links" folder edit rights
Request files not shaping up as previewed
For security reasons our company has limited "anyone" links to view for files and folders. Unfortunately to use Request Files requires "anyone" links have edit rights on folders. Why can't the feature work with "specific people"? Why does this feature require changing a global security setting to use?
Your preview materials state that uploaders would not see anything but would just see the area where they can upload. But making a security change that would impact more than just this type of link (request files) is not what we had hoped to see.

A lot of companies do not allow 'anonymous links', be it with edit or view access.
Please update this feature to allow 'specific people' links to be used.

We are in the same boat--very disappointed to be unable to use this new feature, as there are many good use cases for it at our organization (a very large university) but our tenant does not allow anonymous "anyone" links. Any sharing has to be either "anyone within the organization" or to specific people, and it doesn't make sense that a feature like this wouldn't work within the organization.
Great idea, but it needs work!
