"shared by me" with more functionalities
I have difficulties with shared folders. I already have a lot of them (over 60) - but since many of them are no longer relevant, I want to remove them. When I display all of them in a list (shared by me), I see very little information about the items. There is only one column for name, sharing and size. More info is only available via the i-icon for details. With so many elements, it would be very handy if you could define yourself what columns are displayed. For example "Sharing date", "Shared with", "Expiration date", "Path". At least up to now, this information was available directly in the window on the right via the i-icon. But now they are only available there via "More details" - one click further away. There's also an error I think: when I select an item in the main view "Shared > Shared by me" with the blue check mark, I only see "> Folder name XY" in the information window on the right under Path. But when I go into the corresponding folder, the full and correct path of the shared item/folder is displayed there. This should also be displayed in the main view with the full path length. Furthermore it would be very practical if shared items with expiration date after the set date would be automatically deleted from the list of shared items, which is not the case. It would also be ingenious if you could select several shared elements and remove access to all of them at once. Now you have to do this for each element individually, which is a lot of work with many elements. By displaying the full path directly in a column next to each folder, you could get a much faster overview of shared elements and decide whether to remove or leave the access (after one year I don't know what is now in the folder "Export" - but if I see directly that it is stored at client/project XY, I know immediately what it is about and whether I can remove the access or not). All these changes would be very practical. These are the reasons why I have practically never removed shared elements over the last years, because I knew there would be a lot of work to do. These new suggestions would make this work extremely easy.
