    上述のエラー メッセージが表示された場合に、OneDrive for Business の領域が作成されていないことがわかるメッセージと、対処方法について詳細を表示してほしい。

  3. Azure report from OneDrive

    We have company secrets in drawing files. I need a report from Azure to show all users with a certain file extension in their OneDrive. I would like the filename, file extension, date added to OneDrive. Also a option to email this report from the console.

    このたび、Office 365 サービス インシデント SP147197 の発生を確認いたしました。
    Microsoft の場合、サービス インシデントが発生した場合はユーザーが確認し、
    問い合わせないと返金処理が行われない。
    他社のクラウド サービスの場合はインシデントの発生時、ユーザーに直接連絡が来て返金対応を行ってくれるが、Microsoft ではそのようなシステムがないため、サービス インシデント発生時に Microsoft 側で返金処理を自動で行ってくれるようにしてほしい。

    Our tenant was affected by the Office 365 Service Incident SP147197.

    For Microsoft product, users have to create inquiry to be refund when service incident is happened, even though other cloud services contact customer directly and proceed the process for refund.

    For improvement of usability, whenever service incident is occurred we would like to see the repayment process triggered by Microsoft, not with refund claim by affected…

  5. "Wants to Access" notification needs more details

    The request for access notification (email when a user request access to a OneDrive or SharePoint) needs to provide more information. Especially the actual file/folder.

    Details: Had an external user that requested access to a users OneDrive Folder. More than likely in error as they were previously sent a link to an actual file. The request only show the tenantname-my-sharepoint.com No further information was mentioned. After researching the audit logs, I was able to determine the user was sent the link and what OneDrive(OD4B) the user was attempting to access. Would be nice if the email would display the full…

    OneDrive for Business の同期クライアントを利用する際に、Windows 10 では Files on Demand 機能が利用できますが、当該機能を Mac OS でも利用できるよう要望いたします。

    Currently, File on Demand feature is available on Windows 10 when users use OneDrive for Business sync client, and for improve usability, we would like to see same feature on Mac OS as well.

  7. travel advisory

    I get shut out of my account two-three times a week when I travel. It's maddening at best and debilating at worst. What if you allowed users to preregister their travel plans to avoid new ip locations looking suspicious.

    現時点の OneDrive for Business では、OneDrive for Business の使用容量が設定値に達した場合の通知が、OneDrive for Business を所有するユーザーにしか届かないため管理者で把握ができない。
    OneDrive for Business の使用容量が設定値に達した場合は、管理者にも通知されるようにして欲しい。

    When users’ OneDrive for Business storage reaches the set storage limit, the notification will be sent to only users, not their admins. That makes it difficult for admins to manage users’ OneDrive for Business storage.

    For improvement of manageability, please notify admins as well when a user’s OneDrive for Business storage reached the set storage limit.

    SharePoint サイトの中にはアクセス頻度が低いサイトもあるため、すべてのサイトをフォローして OneDrive アプリの "サイト" に表示させるのは手間がかかる。
    また、チーム サイトはテナント内の全ユーザーがアクセスできるサイトでありながら手動でフォローが必要なため、OneDrive アプリの "サイト” 機能をフォローをして表示させる機能ではなく、サインインしているユーザーにアクセス権限のあるサイトの一覧を表示させる機能にして欲しい。

    Currently, users need to follow each site to display it on the “Sites” feature at OneDrive apps, even though user’s frequency of access is very low for some of those sites.
    Also, in spite of all users allowed to access Team Site, users need to follow it manually.

    Those behavior are time-consuming for users, so that we would like you to enable users seeing…

  12. Litigation Hold on Account - Don't need a license to keep OneDrive Info

    Currently, if someone in our company gets put on a Litigation hold, and they want us to keep their OneDrive for Business files, we would like to not have it eat up a license to keep the files. This is similar to how Mail acts the same way.

    Enhance the "Block syncing of specific file types" to stop the ODFB Sync client from downloading blocked file types FROM the tenant to the client PC.

    Example:

    I have blocked MP4 files via the "Block syncing of specific file types" at https://admin.onedrive.com.

    I put an MP4 file into the root of my OneDrive for Business folder on my local PC to send it to my O365 tenant.

    The Sync client correctly blocks this and makes me remove the MP4 file from my local PC.

  16. Create a Flow trigger when an anonymous link is created

    Create a trigger that could be used in approval workflows (MS Flow) whenever an anonymous link is created. Sharepoint/OneDrive severely lacks granularity in granting ability to create anonymous links; it's an all or nothing setting almost. Having a trigger that could be used in workflows would greatly help in maintaining awareness of when anonymous links were created in addition to providing the ability to build approval workflows.

    もしくは、ユーザーが SharePoint Online の共有をした際には通知がされず、OneDrive for Business の共有を実施した際のみ通知がされる機能の提供を希望。

    We are not able to receive alerts for OneDrive for Business when we set the alert policies with specifying URLs in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center. So please fix the behavior of alert policies for One Drive for Business.

    If it is difficult to fix it, I hope that we have the alert policies to notify us only when users shared items or site at…

  18. OneDrive mobile client support for Azure Information Protection (AIP) protected documents

    Currently when you attempt to view an AIP protected document in the iOS mobile client (presuming its the same for Android clients), the document fails to show and OneDrive shows a message stating:

    "The file can't be displayed. Make sure that you're connected to a WiFi or mobile network".

    The user then has to have the Word (or other Office app) client installed on their mobile device and then click on the Word icon to access the document.

    My suggestion/request is that the mobile client should be AIP label and policy aware and able to open the document preview, just…

    同期クライアントで、公開情報に記載の [同期可能なアイテム数] について、該当のアイテム数を超えたら同期ができないようにしてほしい。

    多数のアイテムを同期しているため、[同期中] [変更を処理しています] などのメッセージのまま、同期が中途半端な状態になると、PC 側とクラウド上のどちらのデータが最新かがわからなくなる。
    あいまいなままでは利用の際に困るので、アイテム数が制限事項に抵触した場合、明確に [アイテム数が多いために同期できない] などのエラー メッセージを表示させ、同期できないようにしてほしい。

    Disable syncing in sync client if “number of items that can be synced” limit, which mentioned in Microsoft official, is exceeded.

    While syncing multiple items simultaneously, we get confused either the latest data is on client or on cloud as syncing process is incomplete state with message stating “Syncing” and “Processing changes”.

    For improvement of usability and manageability, disable syncing when sync item limit is exceeded, warn users with error message “sync item limit exceeded”.

    管理者に Azure Information Protection ライセンスが付与されており、 Office 365 管理センターから "Microsoft Azure Information Protection" 機能を有効に設定した場合、テナント内のユーザー全員が IRM 機能を利用できる。
    IRM 機能を使用させたくないユーザーがいるため、特定のユーザーのみ IRM 機能の使用を禁止する機能の実装をお願いいたします。

    we confirmed that all users are able to use IRM feature even though they are not allocated Azure Information Protection license, if the administrator for the tenant have the license and enable "Microsoft Azure Information Protection" featuer.

    we would like you to allow administrator restricting to use IRM feature with specifying users so that we can control which users are allowed to use the feature.
