  2. Automatically delete downloaded files upon signing out from OneDrive app

    I think it would be important for OneDrive team to enable automatic deletion of downloaded files upon signing out from OneDrive app.

    First, the current OneDrive's approach may not be in line with EU General Data Protection Regulation (requiring data protection by design). Second, in this area, OneDrive can have a competitive disadvantage against Google Drive's File Stream app.

  3. Have an alternative means to contact the Onedrive support team other than the 'email'.

    Currently there seems to be only one way to get in touch with the Onedrive support team. I can log in to onedrive.com to write down what the problem is in the feedback form, but it does not get sent for some reason.

    Shouldn't there be an alternative mode of getting support in case the probem users experience also affects their ability to get support by sending 'feedback' via their account?

  4. stop annoying "follow up" calls

    got a call today from a microsoft rep asking me if my onedrive syncing problem had been resolved. So I checked. No, I said, looks like it's still having the problem. Does he address the problem? NO!!!! "We're not trained in onedrive," he says, "you have to go back to email support." WHAT!!!??? Why does microsoft have someone call to check on me who's not trained in the thing they're checking on?? Oh, yeah. microsoft is evil.

  5. Silent KFM not working when there is a "problem", but wont tell the user or the admin.

    We've been testing out OneDrive KFM, and its not working when there is a problem with one of the know folders, it could be a Symlink or "illegal" file type, .pst etc.
    It would be nice to have a dashboard that wrote these errors from the deployment, so we could take action on it, instead of not knowing why it isn't deploying.

  10. Service-by-Service Enablement of Multifactor Authentication

    I would like to enable Multi-factor authentication, but am I mistaken in that is an all-or-nothing proposition? I would like the ability to turn on MFA just for OneDrive... I don't want to turn it on and then have to mess with App Passwords, enforcement of MFA when trying to use my Xbox, or even Outlook.com for that matter. I would like to apply MFA on a service-by-service basis, as I need sit based upon my usage, where I may/may not have sensitive information, etc.

    Can you consider this enhancement, please? Or is it available nad I just haven't looked…

    OneDrive should have an activity log to track file changes (e.g. new file, renaming/deleting of files). Dropbox has implemented years ago.

    このたび、Office 365 サービス インシデント SP147197 の発生を確認いたしました。
    Microsoft の場合、サービス インシデントが発生した場合はユーザーが確認し、
    問い合わせないと返金処理が行われない。
    他社のクラウド サービスの場合はインシデントの発生時、ユーザーに直接連絡が来て返金対応を行ってくれるが、Microsoft ではそのようなシステムがないため、サービス インシデント発生時に Microsoft 側で返金処理を自動で行ってくれるようにしてほしい。

    Our tenant was affected by the Office 365 Service Incident SP147197.

    For Microsoft product, users have to create inquiry to be refund when service incident is happened, even though other cloud services contact customer directly and proceed the process for refund.

    For improvement of usability, whenever service incident is occurred we would like to see the repayment process triggered by Microsoft, not with refund claim by affected users.

  19. "Wants to Access" notification needs more details

    The request for access notification (email when a user request access to a OneDrive or SharePoint) needs to provide more information. Especially the actual file/folder.

    Details: Had an external user that requested access to a users OneDrive Folder. More than likely in error as they were previously sent a link to an actual file. The request only show the tenantname-my-sharepoint.com No further information was mentioned. After researching the audit logs, I was able to determine the user was sent the link and what OneDrive(OD4B) the user was attempting to access. Would be nice if the email would display the full…
