  1. Disable "People in {Tenant Name} with the link"

    Allow organization admins to disable "People in {Tenant Name} with the link" sharing.

    In order to help maintain inter-departmental access controls it would be helpful to disable this link. This would be similar to the ability to disable "Anyone with the link" that currently exists.

    It is not uncommon for customer to Share Folders and inadvertently exposing content that is controlled through other RBAC methods. These links break those control models and impact OneDrive adoption.

    OneDrive for Business の領域が作成されていない、または作成が禁止されている場合以下のエラーが表示される。

    "プロビジョニングされていません" のみではOneDrive for Business がどのような状況であるか分かりにくい。
    上述のエラー メッセージが表示された場合に、OneDrive for Business の領域が作成されていないことがわかるメッセージと、対処方法について詳細を表示してほしい。

    We see the below message when the space for OneDrive for Business is not created, or OneDrive creation is disable.

    Error: OneDrive Is Not Provisioned for this User.

    “Is Not Provisioned” is not user-friendly error message to understand details of situations, so that we would like you to display the additional message telling users the space is not created and how to handle this situation…

  3. Automatic Site/Group Joining

    Need a way for admins to automatically assign SharePoint / Group Document Libraries to sync to user OneDrive Clients. These are often used to replace old "Network Shares"

  4. Prevent Download - Shared files - eg: .m4a files

    The option to prevent download of shared files only works on a select few file formats. If i upload an m4a file to onedrive and set it so no one can download it, users are still able to download the file.

    Google Drive have got it right - files that cannot be played in the browser cannot be downloaded to the user's device.

  5. Give the option to let onedrive use an subst to a drive letter.

    Give us the option to let onedrive be accesses bij a drive letter. This soves the following problems:
    - The path is sorter (c:\users\username\onedrive with be O:)
    - You can allow browsing with chromium without exposing the c: drive (blacklist file:///*, whitelist o:/)
    - Old programs can access the onedrive files much easier.

  6. OneDrive Notification when Freezing for Inactivity

    Hi,

    It would be nice to receive a notification when you are about to freeze my OneDrive account for inactivity. Moreover, I was using it. The app is installed on my phone and my laptop. I have files stored, that I some times look at. I suspect you consider me inactive just because I did not change the contents of the folder, but that doesn't mean I am not using it.

    I was reinstalling my OS, and when I tried to login to the OneDrive app, it said I have to go to the website. The website told me that…

  7. Storage limits per user

    From OneDrive admin center i can set a different storage limit for each user, as for now, i can adjust the storage limit for all users in the organization :)

    It can be done for each Department as well ( which is for each Team group).

    At “Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges” page, I can easily see the last update date, but it is difficult to find which information was added or deleted.

    When sharing files within OneDrive for Business, I would like the default setting for “Prevent downloads” to be “On” on the link settings screen.

    現時点の OneDrive for Business では、OneDrive for Business の使用容量が設定値に達した場合の通知が、OneDrive for Business を所有するユーザーにしか届かないため管理者で把握ができない。
    OneDrive for Business の使用容量が設定値に達した場合は、管理者にも通知されるようにして欲しい。

    When users’ OneDrive for Business storage reaches the set storage limit, the notification will be sent to only users, not their admins. That makes it difficult for admins to manage users’ OneDrive for Business storage.

    For improvement of manageability, please notify admins as well when a user’s OneDrive for Business storage reached the set storage limit.

  18. Option to set one specific folder "Always keep on this device" in intune and GPO

    It would be great if admins can set the value "always keep on this device" for a specific folder in the OneDrive of all users in the company.

    We can use this for example to place UE-V files.

    If possible, can it be set with a GPO or Intune or both.

  19. Enhance Restore-SPODeletedSite command

    We have encountered problems with users that left the company then returned after a few months. In a hybrid scenario, with AD on-premise and rest of the O365 in cloud, users returning are provisioned new empty OneDrives. When we attempt to restore their old drives, we cannot do that because the SiteID is already in use. It would be nice to add few flags for the Restore-SPODeletedSite command to enable the override of a current existing SiteID or at least to be able to restore a deleted drive under a different SiteID

  20. Please improve refund process for Service Incident

    ■Description(内容):
    このたび、Office 365 サービス インシデント SP147197 の発生を確認いたしました。
    Microsoft の場合、サービス インシデントが発生した場合はユーザーが確認し、
    問い合わせないと返金処理が行われない。
    他社のクラウド サービスの場合はインシデントの発生時、ユーザーに直接連絡が来て返金対応を行ってくれるが、Microsoft ではそのようなシステムがないため、サービス インシデント発生時に Microsoft 側で返金処理を自動で行ってくれるようにしてほしい。

    Our tenant was affected by the Office 365 Service Incident SP147197.

    For Microsoft product, users have to create inquiry to be refund when service incident is happened, even though other cloud services contact customer directly and proceed the process for refund.

    For improvement of usability, whenever service incident is occurred we would like to see the repayment process triggered by Microsoft, not with refund claim by affected users.
