How can we improve OneDrive's security, policy and administration experiences??

Remove one Onedrive for business account

With the next gen sync client you can add multiple OneDrive for Business account BUT when you want to remove one of them, it removes ALL the account

Can you please update the Unlink OneDrive feature to allow to select which OneDrive for Business account we want to remove
Thanks

I manually deleted each individual file, then deleted each empty folder, one by one until everything was gone. For some reason you cant batch delete, but have to delete manually. Once everything was deleted inside the work account, i deleted the One Drive folder and its gone.

Search the registry using the name of the OneDrive name listed in Windows Explorer you wish to remove. Delete the particular registry entries from the left section to delete the associated details. You should see your other accounts listed as well. Be careful to delete ONLY the associated OneDrive account. When I searched through my registry, I deleted about 6 entries and one couldn't be deleted. Once I finished, I no longer had the annoying OneDrive account associated to my old workplace.

Hello, This solution worked for me and it may work for you. Login to your old account (the one you would like to get rid off) It will ask you for a folder location for your files, hit continue and once you in, go to Onedrive preferences and in the account tab hit the un-sync link. It will log you off and ask you to log back in, disregard the prompt and restart you Mac. After restarting, your old onedrive account will no longer show off and, happiness will rule your world :)

Yes - this would be a great thing to have. New job, and cannot get rid of the old job OneDrive prompts..

Left my job, the OneDrive account folder is still on my computer. Constantly prompts to sign in. Cant delete it. Won't stop prompting. Want to break something. Stop this insanity!!

Benoit has the issue explained perfectly. Please add the ability to remove OLD accounts not just ALL.

I have using Office 365 tenant and moved over to another one. There seems to be no way to delete the older folder from Windows Explorer.

I just managed to do this (two years of trying!).
Went into Excel where the old company One Drive would always show up. Under File / Account the One Drive and Sharepoint components showed up alongside my personal one. There is now a Remove Account button under there. Seems to have worked ...

I left my old job and graduated from a Masters programme, but still have my workplace’s and University’s accounts listed in my OneDrive. I really don’t want to have to logout of all my accounts just to get rid of these.

Who made the decision to not include this functionality? What is taking so long to add it?

Removing a particular account: remove registry key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive\Accounts\[Businessx]
Look into every Business-folder which one is configured for the account that needs to be deleted.
