Update Quota Automatically
When an administrator assigns a license with greater OneDrive Storage Capacity to a user, this quota is not automatically applied. Despite paying for and assigning the license with the greater capacity our team must use PowerShell to connect to these user's OneDrive sites and manually attempt to reset their quota. The challenge is compounded if a user is already at capacity as it would require having the admin, ask the user to clean up their storage space so that we can then come back and bump the quotas to what, we would have expected to have occurred when we assigned the new license.
There are actually 2 bugs in this issue and needs to be fixed.
1 - Quota should be updated automatically based on the license
2 - Admins should be able to update quota without having to ask a user to delete the content
