How can we improve the OneDrive Developer Platform?

Ability to Restore deleted files\folders

It would be great that OneDrive providers a Restore API to let user can restore the deleted files\folders from Recycle Bin.

        I've had this account approx. 20 years and lost access when I replaced my phone and lost password and back up information. I didn't have to login when I had my old phone. Need my account reactivated. Year, years of lost information.
