I cant quite tell if this is the same issue we are having... We have a user who attempted to submit an idea on our UserVoice page and months later followed up. I could not find the idea anywhere on the Ideas page nor could I find it in the Admin portal. After talking with the user for some time, he sent us a screenshot showing his request with a banner above the idea reading: "Your idea is being processed and will appear shortly." He seems to be able to view his idea and capture and send to us the URL, but when we visit his URL we are redirected to the main page of the forum. Please help, as the PM it concerns me how many ideas we might be missing to this issue.
