When and Excel document is converted to PDF, the engine does not take care of the original regional settings, so fields with date & numbers are formatted as US? or default?

For example, a date in format dd/mm/yyyy like 16/05/2020 would be seen after converted to PDF as 05/16/20

The same for dots and commas for numbers. 10.245,38€ in Excel will be converted to 10,245.38€ in the PDF document.

Please we need a review for this! It should convert on the regional settings of the document, or, the regional settings of the M365 account!
