I can't access my old account. My current email address lesterrogers1980@gmail.com was the recovery email for lesterrogers3@outlook.com however it was somehow changed after my accident that gave me a brain injury that made it impossible for me to remember a different strong password for every different site I visited. Pleas help can't I pay a fee to actually restore my email account or even a VOIP phone number that I actually used to set up the email account or even restore access to the email account!
