"Synchronization issues" needs to encompass both errors and also agents that simply fail to sync fully. For this to be truly trustworthy, it would be important for the report/alert to also include agents that have not recently synced to a satisfied state. We have a ton of endpoints that endlessly sync without throwing an error per-se. But they are nonetheless broken and need intervention (manual re-sync, reinstall, reattach to account, etc.). Simply reporting on agents that have the UI feedback "couldn't merge the changes" would leave out a large swath of failing OneDrive endpoints. If OneDrive hasn't reached a "synced" state in the past X hours, there is a problem that needs attention. These are the cases where we have experienced the most user frustration and data loss.Tyler Gress supported this idea ·
