    Doesn't this feature exist? I can pause uploads on my OneDrive for 2, 8, and 24 hours.

    I believed this was a basic function of a cloud drive / sharing service - certainly one as integrated with the OS as OneDrive. Until I discovered it is not... :-( Please enable this.
