    I hope it's been mentioned before. The biggest problem is that the OneDrive client can literally be doing nothing, then you add a new file that needs to be uploaded. Then before that starts, OneDrive spends 15 minutes looking for changes before it even bothers uploading the document. This is so frustrating. Especially, when you're on a Teams call and someone needs to look at a file quickly, you can even get it to them using OneDrive. It's quicker to upload to SharePoint or send an email than it is to share a file via OneDrive. This is ridiculous, especially compared to competitors like Drop Box. I've been complaining about this for years, still no fix! This needs to be prioritized MS.
