    The problem still persist. I raised this to Microsoft team as well...

    They asked me to do reset IE etc etc.... after wasted more than an hour found out a similar case like me and share this page with me.

    I believe is webserver or browser issue. Either the browsers send wrong locale and language info to the webserver or the webserver interpreted the locale and language wrongly and thus send the wrong language page.

    The MS team asked me to raised to the onedrive team. so much for working as a team in Microsoft...Well done !!!
