    Kristen Kamath .. you are the (Microsoft Principal Program Manager, OneDrive and SharePoint). Please take note of us.

    Users have been asking you to rectify this GLARING error for 6 years. Isn't Microsoft embarrassed by that?

    Totally sick of Microsoft's approach to this. A smaller company would not survive with their attitude of ignoring their clients. They do not look after power users. Their products are relied on by millions of people and they do not improve many products and there is no way to engage with them. Just useless UserVoice sites like this. There is no way to speak to a person. Name a smaller company that treats its clients like this??

    BTW I have used Microsoft everyday products since 1985 .. so I do speak with some experience

    Engage with your users Microsoft. Office has not improved in 15 years. In fact I can point out many places where it has gone backwards.

    Really fed up.

    This request has been sitting around for about SIX YEARS ..
    How about replying and telling us what your plans are.
    This is just pure BAD DESIGN.

    I don't use OneDrive for this reason as I have 3 accounts that are used and it is too confusing as I can't rename.

    This is just crazy ... very short sighted by Microsoft. hard coded folder.
    I have 3 accounts for different people in my organisition and they are called
    xxxxx
    xxxxx (1)
    xxxxx (2)

    instead of:
    Janet
    John
    James

    COME ON MICROSOFT .. FIX THIS ... NOW

    This is one of the main reasons I remain with DropBox ...
