While you're at this Please make sure this folder can be Synced with my OneDrive app weather on PC, iPhone , Ipad, Android, Table, App. this is just part of the Automation everyone in today's world expect the same solution in all devices not just in the Desktop.
Thanks a bunch.
I have my customer trying to do this also. Multiple companies have shared multiple folders with his small business. My customer signed up to Office 365 business premium exclusively just to be able to sync his multiple customer's folders and centralize all those folders to one place. But this isn't a solution. In this time and date with such a great OneDrive sync tool why prevent this?
Or at least make sure that the accounts won't conflict when signing up to Business when attempting to migrate from Personal onedrive if the Domain was used in personal good luck syncing a personal account afterwards. It will be permanently unable to sign in as it believes the Business account which now has the domain name is the personal account.
Hope this gets addressed.
I believe this issue was fixed back in November.
If you do have accounts residing in different locations of the world that may be a different story.
but I know they fixed the Australia/Asia Pacific accounts conflicts back in August 2016.
are you on the latest app?
are you on Windows 10? isn't this more of a View options in the file explorer? You can select on the View to show you the preview pane. I can see it on mine with that option selected but I don't like the Preview pane so I keep it off.
This is already supported in the latest OneDrive:
This is Urgently needed.
I had a customer who uploaded her Quickbooks to the cloud caused nothing but troubles.
Both, SharePOint libraries and oneDrive.
There's problems just saving QuickBooks database folders into OneDrive.
