    It's really very simple. You must make allowed characters to match between Windows and OneDrive because then you won't have any confusion. Using different naming conventions between Microsoft systems is seriously confusing. There must be a standard across the board with Microsoft. We have customers that are mad at our business because we use OneDrive product that doesn’t support their file naming and they have no problem with using the competing product. Does Microsoft want us to stick with OneDrive or switch to another solution? We cannot afford to see competing products be superior to OneDrive when our customers are adversely affected. Eventually we will have to change to make our customers happy.
