Wanted to provide an update here: this is something we’re planning on doing, but don’t have a timeframe to share yet

I agree...the current Shared Libraries is awfully difficult to navigate. I click on 'More libraries' and I i get a list of a random assortment of libraries, followed by a second random list of libraries...many of which are duplicates of the first group, but this time in a different order. The best part is that no all of the libraries I have access to are even shown. And these two random groups are in addition to a third list in the left navigation pane, again presented as a partial list of sites in a random order. I find this page to be complete useless in my workflow

Also, the file operations should be carried out in the background, and not rely on keeping the webpage open. Once I initiate a Move, I would like to be able to navigate to another page without having warnings come up the an operation is still in progress. It makes me think that the whole operation relies on me keeping my browser window open, which is a rather unfriendly user experience

I talked to TechSupport, it seems that moving too many files at once results in the error, but files are actually being moved. The difficulty is that now I have folders names Documents, Documents 1, Documents 2, Documents 3, Documents 4...to merge them I now have to connect the folder to a computer a manually merge all the folders back together. This seems like a ridiculous waste of time but is the only option currently available. So I'm asking that one, the ability to merge a moved folder with an existing folder be added as an option, and secondly, that the limitations of moving large amounts of files be removed. In the meantime, errors warnings need to be updated to include actionable information, instead of "Something went wrong". The reason I am moving files is simply to take the files from a former employeess OneDrive folder (with KFM enabled) and archive the files in a group folder so that the next employees have access to their files. As an Admin, using the 'Move to' option seems like a logical step in transferring files, but unfotuanetly, the feature at this time is incredibly limited in its scope of operation.

We are investing in better search experiences across the system, so moving this to “thinking about it” status.
