    I am wondering to notify you the additional information to this post about this behavior. I also am aware of the file name text is being garbled on OneDrive for Business in the same situation.

    - System Environment: Windows10 or else
    - File type: ZIP file and any type of files
    - Situation: When downloading by each file or multiple folder

    The hotfix system does not help to solving this problem. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2704299), therefore I must sync the file once then downloading or use [Explorer] to expand the ZIP files.
    Assuming there are some work around which I can go through, otherwise it takes a while for just opening a single file.

    I also hope the feature will be implemented and fix this problem as soon as possible.

    I would like to share with you this comment about this continuous improvement has been requested by multiple user's continuously. If the default browser inside the company is IE, it takes a while to upload the folders besides using the Sync function.

    Although I would not use the Sync function when uploading temporary folders, then it is preferable that [Open in Explorer] allows user's to upload folders directly, but it takes the time to open the file or does not open sometimes.

    So that I also hope the feature will be implemented to upload the folders via IE.

    I have been experienced a similar occurrence. After the user's modifying the files, each of the [Update by], [File size], and [Share] also remains blank for about 1 hour. Having asked the Support about this, we've been told that this behavior is just the way it is within the private site once created a certain hour before. However, it is not convenient if we could [Return to classic One Drive] to check the updated files even in a short period of time, so I really hope this behavior mentioned to be improved.
