So... now I need to wait syncing 750 GB in ~500'000 files before being able to set selective sync?
Attempting to unlink completely from OneDrive just makes it start over, but doesn't clean up whatever is stuck in the background. OneDrive claims that it cannot change my settings because some files have not been uploaded yet. Seriously? There is nothing to upload. I'm establishing a fresh link to an existing OneDrive account and made sure NOT to select any local data for backup. I only want to sync on that machine SOME folders that are in the cloud. Hopefully I will be able to configure what I need the way I need it - in several hours. Highly frustrating.
Bottom line: PLEASE allow selective folder sync on setup.
