We announced differential sync at the SharePoint Conference in May. We’ve already rolled it out to our OneDrive personal users and plan to roll it out to the rest of our users by end of this year. See this blog post for more details: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-OneDrive-Blog/OneDrive-announcements-SharePoint-Conference-2019/ba-p/616047.
We’re working on the ability to share a file or folder with a specific Microsoft Account.
This is a waste of votes; you can already do this and have always been able to: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Share-OneDrive-files-and-folders-9fcc2f7d-de0c-4cec-93b0-a82024800c07

Thanks for all the feedback. We’ve started the initial work on this one and we’ll update the status with more details as we get closer to knowing when we expect to ship this.
No kidding, complete waste of votes.
We’re looking at two related pieces of this:
1) For OneDrive for Business, enable shared folders to be added to the root of the OneDrive folder at all (like in OneDrive Personal).
2) For OneDrive across business and personal, enable shared folders to be placed into subfolders.
We appreciate your patience; this is significant engineering work given the architecture of the products and our diverse customer base, spanning individuals to small businesses to multi-national enterprises to government agencies. We aim to address this while maintaining our industry-leading security, privacy, and compliance commitments.
Thank you for the continued feedback.
If you need an example, check out Google Drive; if something is shared with you, you're allowed to organize the pointer to that shared file in your own Drive, keeping things organized. OneDrive.com merely shows you a massive list of things shared with you with no possible way to organize it.
If you use the OneDrive desktop app or Google Chrome, you can upload entire folders.
I think they're already sorted by the track number through Xbox Music, which plays your OneDrive music.
Can you please tell us more about what you are looking for? What do you mean by “zero knowledge cloud storage”? Thank you.
