it's really frustrating needing to go to sharepoint, check out a document, then back to your local onedrive version, edit it, then hit checkin back in the browser... would be a LOT easier to be able to incorporate the functionality seamlessly into the OneDrive or O365 user experience

on macOS/Windows I do see options to pause for 2/4/8 hours, but would like to have an option to have OneDrive either pause, or run at significantly limited throughput (like I can set in the network tab) during certain hours, but for other hours it can run at full bore. Would be really neat to have an option if the machine has mains power (vs battery) to temporarily override the sleep settings if there is an active sync queue while it is in 'unfettered' mode

+1 on this. We have a fairly limited internet connection at home and when OneDrive is doing a sync it has an impact (eg on Netflix). Would be great to be able to set a schedule for when OneDrive can go full bore on any files and other times set a lower priority on transfers so it'll back right off if there's any other traffic on the network
