For those needing to access large numbers of files from File Explorer, try mapping a network drive to your SharePoint Online document libraries with Zee Drive as it supports libraries with large numbers of files http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/

Check out out Zee Drive as an alternative to the sync tool. Zee Drive maps network drives to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. It works with 100s of thousands of files and should avoid the sync delays you are experiencing. See http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/ for more information

If you map your SharePoint Online files in File Explorer with Zee Drive then you can send links to files and folders that will open in File Explorer. See http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/#SendLink

Try mapping a network drive to your files with Zee Drive http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/ Zee Drive works more like a traditional file server so files saved will be available for other users closer to real-time.

Have you tried mapping a network drive to OneDrive for Business instead? It may work better when UPDs are involved. See http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/#DesktopServers

Dave Carter: check out Zee Drive as an alternative to OneDrive files on demand for Citrix. Zee Drive maps network drives to OneDrive and SharePoint Online so that files are only downloaded when accessed. See http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/ for more information.

Hi Steve. You can achieve this using a drive mapping tool like Zee Drive www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/. The drive mappings that you configure will automatically be applied to users computers without any user interaction.

Hi Rob. If you map SharePoint Online to a drive letter instead of syncing you can configure all your drive mappings centrally and have them applied to users computers automatically. Check out Zee Drive http://www.thinkscape.com/Map-Network-Drives-To-Office-365-OneDrive/
