I work with video files nearly exclusively, as do many of your customers who use OneDrive. Zipping them saves nearly no space at all. This is a big inconvenience that makes it take longer because now we have to unzip these files in addition to download them, which can be slow for my 5 GB .mov files. Also, your 20 GB limit to zip files (see https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/download-files-and-folders-from-onedrive-or-sharepoint-5c7397b7-19c7-4893-84fe-d02e8fa5df05) means that when my video team films 80 GB of video in the course of an afternoon now I have to download the raw files in batches of no greater than 20 GB total.
I am curious. Didn't it take you longer to implement this feature than to simply support downloading the files individually? Why would you then remove this ability?
