Just found that syncing of files needs to be forced. The whole point of cloud storage is to have them available and synced. I want these files on all my computers, if I didn't I would just store locally.
Will shift the files to Dropbox, which does what I want and would then like to remove OneDrive.
Microsoft is charging for yet another thing that works for Microsoft but not for the customer.
